Repeals. — Laws 2025, ch. 130, § 155 repealed 7-2-18.14 NMSA 1978, as enacted by Laws 2006, ch. 93, § 1, relating to solar market development tax credit, residential and small business solar thermal and photovoltaic market development tax credit, effective July 1, 2025.
