N.M. Stat. Ann. § 7-1-6.58
A distribution pursuant to Section 7-1-6.1 NMSA 1978 shall be made to the public election fund from the amount deposited pursuant to the provisions of Section 7-8A-13 NMSA 1978 in the amount of one hundred thousand dollars ($100,000) per month.

The 2025 amendment, effective July 1, 2025, deleted certain obsolete language; and after "($100,000) per month" deleted "during fiscal year 2008 and subsequent fiscal years".
