N.M. Stat. Ann. § 68-6-1
This act [68-6-1 to 68-6-4 NMSA 1978] may be cited as the "Timber Grading Act".

Effective dates. — Laws 2025, ch. 49 contained no effective date provision, but, pursuant to N.M. Const., art. IV, § 23, was effective June 20, 2025, 90 days after adjournment of the legislature.
