N.M. Stat. Ann. § 66-13-1 – Short title

Chapter 66, Article 13 NMSA 1978 may be cited as the "Boating While Intoxicated Act".

The 2025 amendment, effective June 20, 2025, changed "Sections 1 through 13 of this act" to "Chapter 66, Article 13 NMSA 1978".
