Repeals. — Laws 1998, ch. 108, § 81 repealed 63-3-3 to 63-3-5 NMSA 1978, as enacted by Laws 1878, ch. 1, tit. 8, § 14, and Laws 1947, ch. 49, §§ 1 and 2, relating to receiving livestock for shipment required, penalties, and tickets, effective January 1, 1999.
