The secretary of state shall charge and collect for:

1. A. filing articles of incorporation, five dollars ($5.00);
2. B. filing articles of amendment, three dollars ($3.00);
3. C. filing articles of consolidation or merger, five dollars ($5.00);
4. D. filing articles of conversion, five dollars ($5.00);
5. E. filing certificate of election to dissolve, two dollars ($2.00);
6. F. filing articles of dissolution, three dollars ($3.00); and
7. G. filing certificate of change of principal office, one dollar ($1.00).
