As used in the Impaired Dentists and Dental Hygienists Act:

1. A. "board" means the New Mexico board of dental health care;
2. B. "dental hygienists committee" means the New Mexico dental hygienists committee;
3. C. "dentistry or dental hygiene" means the practice of dentistry or dental hygiene; and
4. D. "licensee" means a dentist or dental hygienist licensed by the board.

The 2003 amendment, effective June 20, 2003, deleted "of the New Mexico board of dental health care" following "dental hygienists committee" at the end of Subsection B.
