N.M. Stat. Ann. § 60-13B-1
This act [60-13B-1 to 60-13B-15 NMSA 1978] may be cited as the "Elevator Safety Act".

Effective dates. — Laws 2023, ch. 197, § 16 made Laws 2023, ch. 197, § 1 effective July 1, 2025.
