- A. The commission shall make all suspensions for a definite period not exceeding ninety consecutive days. Suspension of a license for any cause specified in the Construction Industries Licensing Act shall not preclude revocation of that license for cause by the commission.
- B. A contractor whose license has been suspended or revoked shall complete work in progress as directed by the commission.
- C. At the end of the suspension period, the commission shall review the license to determine if the license should be reinstated or revoked.
