N.M. Stat. Ann. § 59A-23G-1 – Short title

Chapter 59A, Article 23G NMSA 1978 may be cited as the "Short-Term Health Plan and Excepted Benefit Act".

The 2023 amendment, effective June 16, 2023, changed "Sections 1 through 7 of this act" to "Chapter 59A, Article 23G NMSA 1978".
