1. A. An insurer shall for a policy of insurance coverage provide the named insured of the policy with premium and claim data within sixty days of receipt of a written request from the named insured.

2. B. As used in this section "premium and claim data" shall include:

   1. (1) the sum of all premiums charged or billed by the insurer for the insurance policy;
   2. (2) the sum of all amounts paid out pursuant to claims covered under the policy;
   3. (3) a list of all pending claims against the policy which are open; and
   4. (4) cumulative loss or claim reserves chargeable to the policy.
3. C. None of the provisions of this section shall be applicable to life insurance policies or group insurance policies.
