An appraisal management company shall not:

1. A. alter, modify or otherwise change a completed appraisal report submitted by an independent appraiser without the appraiser's written knowledge and consent; or
2. B. use an appraisal report submitted by an independent appraiser for any other transaction.

Effective dates. — Laws 2009, ch. 214 contained no effective date provision, but, pursuant to N.M. Const., art. IV, § 23, was effective June 19, 2009, 90 days after the adjournment of the legislature.
