Nothing in the Improvement Special Assessment Act shall be interpreted to pledge, offer or encumber the full faith and credit of a county or municipality.

The 2026 amendment, effective May 20, 2026, amended an existing provision, which provided that the Special Assessment Act shall not be interpreted to pledge the full faith and credit of a county, to include municipalities; after "county" added "or municipality".
