Repeals. — Laws 1991 (1st S.S.), ch. 5, § 3 repealed 4-38-4 and 4-38-5 NMSA 1978, as amended by Laws 1983, ch. 126, § 1 and as enacted by Laws 1983, ch. 126, § 2, relating to precincts and designation of districts in Bernalillo county, respectively, effective December 18, 1991.
