ANNOTATIONS

Repeals. — Laws 1981, ch. 127, § 20, repealed 33-2-41 and 33-2-42 NMSA 1978, relating to the use of inmates for conservation and development work and the jurisdiction of the warden over discipline and control of prisoners, effective June 19, 1981.
