N.M. Stat. Ann. § 32A-3A-25 – Department duties; rulemaking

The department shall promulgate rules as necessary to implement the provisions of the Voluntary Placement and Family Services Act.

Effective dates. — Laws 2023, ch. 90, § 30 made Laws 2023, ch. 90, § 19 effective July 1, 2023.
