N.M. Stat. Ann. § 31-21-22
Sections 31-21-22 through 31-21-26 NMSA 1978 may be cited as the "Parole Board Act".

The 2026 amendment, effective May 20, 2026, provided the statutory citation for the Parole Board Act; after "Sections" deleted "1 through 5 of this act" and added "31-21-22 through 31-21-26 NMSA 1978".
