N.M. Stat. Ann. § 29-3A-1 – Short title

Chapter 29, Article 3A NMSA 1978 may be cited as the "Criminal Record Expungement Act".

The 2021 (1st S.S.) amendment, effective June 29, 2021, changed "This act" to "Chapter 29, Article 3A NMSA 1978".
