N.M. Stat. Ann. § 27-2A-1 – Short title

Chapter 27, Article 2A NMSA 1978 may be cited as the "Medicaid Estate Recovery Act".

The 2024 amendment, effective July 1, 2024, changed "This act" to "Chapter 27, Article 2A NMSA 1978".
