N.M. Stat. Ann. § 12-13A-3

Definitions

Laws 2003, ch. 9, § 3.State of New Mexico

As used in the New Mexico-Chihuahua Commission Act:

A. "Chihuahua" means the state of Chihuahua, Mexico; and
B. "commission" means the New Mexico-Chihuahua commission.
