N.M. Stat. Ann. § 11-6A-2

Definitions

Laws 1993, ch. 65, § 2.State of New Mexico

As used in the Local DWI Grant Program Act:

A. "council" means the DWI grant council; and
B. "division" means the local government division of the department of finance and administration.
