Repeals. — Laws 2019, ch. 212, § 284 repealed 1-8-25 NMSA 1978, as enacted by Laws 1969, ch. 240, § 170, relating to proper filing officer, declaration of candidacy, nominating petitions, withdrawal of candidacy, effective April 3, 2019.
