N.M. Stat. Ann. § 1-19A-15 – Administration; secretary of state; duties

A. The secretary shall adopt rules to ensure effective administration of the Voter Action Act.
B. The rules shall include procedures for:
1. (1) qualifications, certification and disbursement of revenues and return of unspent fund revenues;
2. (2) obtaining qualifying contributions;
3. (3) certification of candidates;
4. (4) collection of revenues; and
5. (5) return of fund disbursements and other money to the fund.

Effective dates. — Laws 2003, ch. 14, § 23 made the act effective July 1, 2003.
