C. The county canvass report prepared by the county clerk and approved by the county canvassing board shall consist of:

The 2023 amendment, effective June 16, 2023, provided the required contents of a county canvass report, and required the county clerk to transmit a copy of the county canvass report to the secretary of state immediately after the meeting of the county canvassing board; and added Subsections C and D.
Temporary provisions. — Laws 2023, ch. 39, § 97 provided that each election day polling place established in the 2021 polling place resolution for each county or any election day polling place established by any subsequent amendment to such a resolution shall operate as a voter convenience center for all statewide elections in calendar year 2023.
The 2019 amendment, effective April 3, 2019, added Subsection B.
