9.5.3.9

Procedure: Representation by any commission member or staff member at out-of-state meetings, conferences or hearings shall require prior authorization by the commission at a regular or other meeting, provided that if no meeting is scheduled to be held in time for such action, the chairman is empowered to grant such authorization in accordance with the policy set forth above.
