Policy of non-discrimination:

1. A. The state licensing agency assures that it shall not exclude from participation, deny the benefits of the program, or otherwise subject any person to discrimination because of the person’s gender, age, physical or mental impairment, religion, race, creed, national origin or political affiliation in accordance with the Civil Rights Act of 1964 and the Americans with Disabilities Act of 1990.

2. B. Every licensed manager of a business enterprise program facility or route shall operate the business enterprise in such a manner that no person shall be subject to discrimination because of the person’s gender, age, physical or mental impairment, religion, race, creed, national origin or political affiliation whether that person is a present or prospective supplier, customer, employee or other individual who might come into contact with the enterprise.
