9.4.1.8

The commission:

1. A. The name of the commission shall be the New Mexico commission for the blind. For the purpose of brevity in the succeeding rules, this organization shall be subsequently referred to as the “commission”.
2. B. The headquarters of the commission shall be at Santa Fe, New Mexico.
3. C. The fiscal year of the commission shall end on June 30.

4. D. The commission shall provide advice and/or recommendations regarding all policies, rules and regulations to effectuate the declaration of the legislature as set forth in the statute creating the commission. Daily supervision and administrative determination will be made solely by the director in accordance with the specific delegation of authority granted to the director by the governor and the enabling legislation.
