Lighting

Effective Jul 1, 2024State of New Mexico
  1. A. All spaces occupied by people, machinery, or equipment within buildings, approaches to buildings, and parking lots shall have lighting.
  2. B. Lighting will be sufficient to make all parts of the area clearly visible.
  3. C. All lighting fixtures must be shielded.
  4. D. Lighting fixtures must be selected and located with the comfort and convenience of the staff and clients in mind.
