Identified Population

Effective Sep 1, 2024State of New Mexico

An eligible recipient:

  1. A. is 21 years of age and older who meets the HCA criteria for serious mental illness (SMI); or
  2. B. is under 21 years of age who meets the HCA criteria for serious emotional disturbance (SED); or
  3. C. meets the criteria for substance use disorder (SUD).
