2. B. Number of cases where the board concurred and did not concur with the department’s progress towards permanency, including a description for the reason for the determination of concurrence or non-concurrence;
3. C. Recommendations to the department, the council, the administrative office of the courts, and the interim legislative committees identified by the council;
4. D. Proposed amendments to 8.26.7 NMAC, if any; and

5. E. Any other information requested by the council.
