These policies apply to child care assistance benefits provided to eligible children for the following types of child care to ensure that parents or legal guardians have a variety of child care services from which to choose:

1. A. licensed child care programs administered by public schools and post-secondary institutions that provide on-site care for the children of students;
2. B. licensed child care programs administered by tribal entities;
3. C. licensed child care programs administered by church or religious organizations;
4. D. in-home care;
5. E. licensed child care centers;
6. F. registered family childcare homes;
7. G. licensed family and group childcare homes;
8. H. licensed out of school time programs;
9. I. licensed programs operated by employers for their employees; and
10. J. FFN.
