MAINTENANCE PAYMENTS AND INCIDENTALS

1. A. Resource families are reimbursed for the care provided to children at rates established by the state legislature.
2. B. Requests from resource families for reimbursements for pre-approved purchases must be submitted within 45 days of the expenditure.
3. C. PSD is not liable and shall not reimburse any person for any loss or property damage, real or personal, in excess of $25,000, that is shown to be caused by a child in PSD custody.
