All facilities licensed pursuant to these regulations must have written policies and procedures for the following:

1. A. Reporting of suspected child abuse, neglect or exploitation, pursuant to these regulations.
2. B. Actions to be taken in case of accidents or emergencies involving a child, including death.
3. C. Actions to be taken when a child is found to be absent without authorization.
4. D. The administration of medication.
