1. A. Pets are permitted and encouraged in a facility licensed pursuant to these regulations for the enjoyment of the children.
2. B. Pets are not permitted to eat or sleep in the kitchen or food preparation areas.
3. C. Pets are inoculated as required by state or local law and records of inoculation kept on file in the facility.
