Policy:

1. A. Fees are charged by the medical investigator for reports and services. A current list of such fees is available from the central office.

2. B. Fees are paid by the medical investigator for services provided by field personnel and common carriers. Fees will only be paid upon receipt of an itemized bill for those services. A current list of such fees is available from the central office.
