All licensed non-federal general and specialty inpatient health care facilities in New Mexico shall report to the commission the following data for their prior fiscal year:

1. A. Bad debt
2. B. Charity care charges
3. C. Cost to charge ratio (facilities with special circumstances, such as teaching and transplant costs and charges, shall provide a reconciliation of the cost to charge ratio with a modified ratio reflecting those circumstances)
4. D. County indigent fund revenue (facilities with significant pass-through funds to physicians and others shall report the net amount and provide a reconciliation of the gross and net amounts)
5. E. Emergency room charity care inpatient revenue (required for fiscal years ending on or after 10/31/2001)
6. F. Emergency room charity care outpatient revenue (required for fiscal years ending on or after 10/31/2001)
7. G. Emergency room encounters (required for fiscal years ending on or after (10/31/2001)
8. H. Emergency room inpatient revenue (required for fiscal years ending on or after 10/31/2001)
9. I. Emergency room outpatient revenue (required for fiscal years ending on or after (10/31/2001)
10. J. Facility control
11. K. Facility ID
12. L. Facility license number
13. M. Fiscal year ending
14. N. Fund balance or equity
15. O. Governmental appropriations
16. P. Medicaid charges
17. Q. Medicaid discharges
18. R. Medicaid patient days
19. S. Medicare charges
20. T. Medicare discharges
21. U. Medicare patient days
22. V. Net Medicaid revenue
23. W. Net Medicare revenue
24. X. Net patient revenue
25. Y. Total contractual allowances
