To be eligible for this program, an applicant shall:

1. A. have completed the first two years of law school and be in good academic standing at the university of New Mexico school of law as determined by the school;
2. B. be a resident of New Mexico; and
3. C. declare an intent to serve as a community governance attorney in New Mexico.
