1. A. “Department” means the New Mexico higher education department.
2. B. “DFA” means the state of New Mexico division of finance and administration.
3. C. “LC” means the state of New Mexico legislative council.
4. D. “LESC” means the state of New Mexico legislative education study committee.
5. E. “LFC” means the state of New Mexico legislative finance committee.
6. F. “Advisory board” means the New Mexico higher education advisory board.
