1. A. Recipients of a grant for establishing a developing rural library under the rural library grant program shall report expenditures as requested by the state librarian and/or required under the recipients contractual agreement.
2. B. Recipients of a rural libraries program grant shall ensure that received funds are accounted for separately from other state funds on the annual report and in accordance with the recipient’s agreement.
