N.M. Code R. § 4.21.11.8

Seal

Effective Feb 29, 2008State of New Mexico
  1. A. The commission may have a seal which shall be a circular seal with the words "Cumbres & Toltec scenic railroad commission" imprinted around the border and the word "Seal" in the center thereof.
  2. B. The seal of the commission shall be kept at the principal office of the commission.

  3. C. The seal shall be affixed to all contracts or other official instruments in writing.
