1. A. The bull owner must provide adequate corrals and restraint, or transport the bull(s) to a location with such corrals and restraint, to protect the animal and veterinarian from undue injury risk.
2. B. The approved veterinarian shall determine the adequacy of such facilities and may require the bulls be delivered to a mutually agreed facility if the owner’s facility is deemed inadequate.
