Identification of Vehicles

  1. A. All service vehicles used by a commercial applicator for distributing pesticides or devices shall be marked with:

    1. (1) name of the firm;
    2. (2) commercial applicator's license number.
  2. B. All letters and numerals shall be of bold lettering at least one and one-half (1-1/2) inches high with a contrasting color as background. Markings shall be visible on both the right and left side of the service vehicle.
