N.M. Code R. § 21.16.3.7

Definitions

Effective May 29, 2009State of New Mexico
  1. A. "Department" means the New Mexico department of agriculture.
  2. B. "Director" means the director of the New Mexico department of agriculture.

  3. C. "Registered service establishment" means any person, firm, or company registered with the department for the purpose of installing, servicing, repairing, or reconditioning commercial weighing or measuring devices.
