REGISTRATION EXPIRATION.

1. A. A commercial hauler registration shall expire five years from the date of issuance of the registration.
2. B. A commercial hauler registration shall terminate upon any change of owners or operators of the registered commercial hauler, and the new owner or operator shall obtain a new registration prior to operation.
