REGISTRATION RENEWAL.

1. A. A commercial hauler shall renew its registration every five years. To renew a registration, the commercial hauler shall file a complete renewal application no later than 30 days prior to the expiration date of the registration. A registration renewal application shall include the same information required in 20.9.3.31 NMAC, and in addition provide a complete description of its compliance history and any other information requested by the secretary.

2. B. A registered commercial hauler may continue to operate under the terms and conditions of the existing registration until the registration renewal is issued or denied provided that:

   (1) the owner and operator are in compliance with the existing registration, 20.9.2 - 20.9.10 NMAC, and any applicable federal regulations;

   (2) a complete renewal application was submitted in a timely fashion in accordance with this section; and

   (3) the owner or operator adequately submits any requested additional information by the deadline specified by the secretary.
