All persons required under 20.7.3 NMAC to obtain a:

1. A. Permit;
2. B. Modification to a permit;
3. C. Registration;
4. D. Septage pump truck registration;

5. E. Certificate of qualification for:

   1. (1) Homeowner certification,
   2. (2) Third-party evaluator certification,
   3. (3) Maintenance service provider certification,
   4. (4) Septage pumper certification, or
   5. (5) Installer specialist certification
6. F. Septic Tank Certification; or
7. G. Re-inspection.
