1. A. A permittee may submit a request for a discharge permit amendment to the department at any time during the term of an approved discharge permit.
2. B. A permittee shall remit a fee pursuant to Subsection C of 20.6.7.9 NMAC with the request for a discharge permit amendment.
3. C. A discharge permit amendment shall be administratively reviewed and evaluated by the department and is not subject to public notice or a public hearing.
4. D. The department shall approve, disapprove or request additional information necessary for a determination regarding a discharge permit amendment within 30 days of receipt of a request.
5. E. The department shall provide notice of all discharge permit amendment approvals or denials to those persons on the copper mine facility-specific list maintained by the department who have requested notice of discharge permit applications.
