The main stem of the Pecos river from Tecolote creek upstream to Cañon de Manzanita.

1. A. Designated uses: irrigation, livestock watering, wildlife habitat, marginal coldwater aquatic life and primary contact.

2. B. Criteria:

   1. (1) The use-specific numeric criteria set forth in 20.6.4.900 NMAC are applicable to the designated uses, except that the following segment-specific criterion applies: temperature 30°C (86°F) or less.
   2. (2) At all flows above 10 cfs: TDS 250 mg/L or less, sulfate 25 mg/L or less and chloride 5 mg/L or less.
