The main stem of the Pecos river from the headwaters of Sumner reservoir upstream to Tecolote creek excluding Santa Rosa reservoir.

1. A. Designated uses: fish culture, irrigation, marginal warmwater aquatic life, livestock watering, wildlife habitat and primary contact.

2. B. Criteria:

   1. (1) The use-specific numeric criteria set forth in 20.6.4.900 NMAC are applicable to the designated uses.

   2. (2) At all flows above 50 cfs: TDS 3,000 mg/L or less, sulfate 2,000 mg/L or less and chloride 400 mg/L or less.
