Each licensee or registrant shall also maintain copies of the following documents and records sufficient to demonstrate compliance at each applicable field station and each temporary jobsite:

1. A. Appropriate license or certificate of registration or equivalent document;
2. B. Operating and emergency procedures;
3. C. A copy of Parts 4, 5, and 10 of 20.3 NMAC;
4. D. Survey records required pursuant to 20.3.5.17 NMAC and area survey records required pursuant to Part 4 of 20.3 NMAC for the period of operation at the site;
5. E. Daily pocket dosimeter records for the period of operation at the site;
6. F. The latest instrument calibration and leak test records for specific devices and sealed sources in use at the site. Acceptable records include tags or labels which are affixed to the device or survey meter;
7. G. Utilization records for each radiographic exposure device dispatched from that location as required by Subsection J of 20.3.5.18 NMAC;
8. H. Records of equipment problems identified in daily checks of equipment as required by Subsection A of 20.3.5.23 NMAC;
9. I. Records of alarm system and entrance control checks required by Subsection B of 20.3.5.19 NMAC, if applicable;
10. J. Evidence of the latest calibrations of alarm ratemeters and operability checks of pocket dosimeters and/or electronic personal dosimeters as required by Subsection H of 20.3.5.15 NMAC; and,
11. K. The shipping papers for the transportation of radioactive materials required by 10 CFR 71.5.

12. L. When operating under reciprocity pursuant to Part 3 of 20.3 NMAC, a copy of the Agreement State license authorizing the use of licensed materials.
